Payment of fees and funding

Fees are calculated for each term your child attends and divided between the months in that term and due on the 1^st of each month.

Autumn term fees are due 1^st Sept, Oct, Nov and Dec
Spring term fees are due 1^st Jan, Feb, March (and April)
Summer term fees are due 1^st May, June and July

We accept EYE funding for all three and four year olds (from the term after their third birthday) and two year olds who are entitled. We can help check your entitlement to funding. The standard funding is for up to 15 hours per week for 38 weeks a year. Some families may be entitled to an additional 15 hours if they are eligible, so up to 30 hours may be claimed. Your child can attend more hours than they are funded for depending upon our availability and you will be billed for this additional time. We will give you the form to claim funding which must be returned by the deadline. We also need to see your child’s birth certificate as proof of age.

30 hours funding applications

To apply for 30 hours funding you must complete an online form. You will receive a code which must be given to us. Your details will need to be confirmed every few months otherwise you will be at risk of losing funding and will receive a bill.

If your child will only be attending funded hours, we ask for a deposit of £30 to secure their place. This will be refunded by deducting this amount from their second terms’ invoice.

When you request a change to your child’s attendance pattern outside of our ‘change request window’
Parents will be given notice of a week each term when they can request amendments to their child’s attendance pattern for the next coming term without charge. There will be no charge for an increase in funded hours provided there is no change to current sessions.

Securing unfunded hours charge                                             £30
If your child attends funded hours only, and then sessions are increased to include unfunded hours an administration charge will be applied to your invoice if no registration fee was paid.

Late payment charge                                                                  £10
We request that invoices are paid on 1 st of the month promptly. Fees that are over 7 days late will incur a late payment fee. Your child’s place is at risk if fees are overdue by more than two weeks
